About Immigration Consultancy and Training Bureau

Learn how ICT Bureau grew from community practice into a specialist immigration and asylum firm serving clients with honesty, integrity, and respect.

Before establishing the firm, the principal had worked in several private and community-based practices such as the Citizens Advice Bureaux and The Law Center. Experience shows that even well-intentioned advisers can lack a basic understanding of the socio-economic and cultural difficulties faced by immigration and asylum clients.

ICT Bureau was born out of the need for a law firm with a unique insight into immigration and asylum clients. The firm opened for business in July 2005 and has blossomed into a renowned immigration and asylum practice.

Legal Aid funding is only available in asylum matters with huge restrictions. Language barriers and constantly changing Immigration Rules leave many clients vulnerable. We provide clear, persuasive representation and practical support through every stage of the process.

Some of the services we render include staff training, assistance with asylum preparation, persuasive representation before the IAC, reconsideration of determinations, entry clearance preparation, immigration appeals, settlement, and migration under the points-based system.
